This support portal uses strictly necessary session cookies only after a Support Workspace staff member signs in or a customer redeems a one-time ticket-tracking link. They maintain the authenticated session, expire after 12 hours, and can be ended by signing out. The portal also stores a display-theme preference in local storage. It does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Hosting and deployment services may use essential technical storage; this notice will be updated following the final deployment review.
